Aphera is the Raw photo editor built natively for Mac, with a from-scratch imaging pipeline and a workflow designed to disappear.
I played around with the beta of this and got a little confused, but finally watched the quick two minute demo and it instantly clicked for me. I highly recommend checking Aphera out. It's fast and a delight to use--plus you can buy it and not pay a subscription, which is a nice change of pace.

I'm a big fan of Struthless, his art style, his books, his general mindset. He also makes these cool zines, worksheets, and prompted journaling exercises I've downloaded in the past. Well he now as this killer retro site where you can download any and all of em for free.
