No surprise here with their defense in the gutter. It was weird to hire a first year head coach from the jump given how ready the Bucks are to win now.

🥬 Green Day: Saviors Album Review — Pitchfork

Saviors isn’t a return to form so much as another overcorrection, professional rebels trying to live up to their status as Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees.

Green Day just takes themselves too seriously ever since American Idiot and it comes across as cheesy. Weezer has figured out how to make new music because they embrace their cheesiness rather than worry about their “status.”

Come for the great photographs of the Montreal metro system, stay for the absolutely incredible web design. Mitul creates some of the coolest stuff and the gallery wall space he has created here is top notch.

I mostly disagree with this and it seems to be talking about two (related but) very different things in sneaker culture and sports memorabilia (that happens to be sneakers). AJ1’s are still the best.

Interesting idea of an app… a mix of nostalgia, “everyone’s an influencer”, and the old app Oink. I created an account as “humdrum”, but am not sure I need another social network right now.

I’ve been following Ben down the path of both Minders and Gibberish and have similar thoughts/feelings. Part of me wants Minders to have a text input field at the bottom like this too now to really let loose.
