I can’t believe I’m actually saying this, but LaMelo Ball might be the best prospect for the Bulls with the fourth pick. If he gets scooped earlier, I’d be looking at Devin Vassell out of Florida State. After that you have Saddiq Bey, Cassius Stanley, and Jaden McDaniels.
