When it comes to team-building there are only a few teams who have truly done it well over a consistent period for both the present and future. Denver, Brooklyn, Toronto, Boston, and of course the Warriors and Spurs. So the fact the Bulls snagged Karnisovas from Denver to be their new VP is a positive sign. The hiring practices still seem like a bit of a joke, but hopefully Karnisovas is better as he begins his search for a new GM.
