While there are some crap teams, front offices are definitely getting better. Take a totally crap team like the Knicks; Smith PG, Barrett SF, Randle PF, Robinson C. That’s a fun lineup despite a cap of 25 wins. No idea what they are doing with the extra PFs but nobody’s perfect.
