😶 Where Do Words Go

Okay… I think I have a strategy:

• Roam¹ for work notes and my public notebook:
  • Two reasons I went with Roam over Logseq - it’s web-based so its easier to use the same tool on a work PC and my iPad and I can also publish a graph extremely easily.
• Kinopio for “publishing” and organizing anything that’s not a straight list or outline:
  • I don’t think Kinopio is the right tool for Daily Journals. I think I’ve been writing less due to the format. I still love it for a million other things though so it will stay a daily driver.
• Futureland for Topic Journals that don’t require linking:
  • Looking back over my Bulls Tracker today made me realize how nice it is to have a dedicated space for “Other Things” that I can look back on and not be mixed with unrelated topics, misc. thoughts, etc.
• This Blog for things that are a bit more thought out or that I want to share
  • Deciding what makes it here from a micro sense will still be hard, but blog posts are blog posts and anything long and thought out really only have the one place.

1. It’s expensive, but they haven’t started charging me yet. If they do I’ll probably export both graphs to LogSeq and lose the public facing notebook…↩︎
