Game tips off in a couple minutes. Iāll also be keeping a close eye on Jimmy Butlerās debut with Philadelphia. So far Butler has made his first three shots.
- 18:30 - Philly note: interesting to see all three of Simmons, Embiid, and Butler on the bench at the same time. I thought most coaches utilized staggering these days to make sure you always have one of your best Ayers on the floor at all times.
- 18:32 - Philly note: Didnāt take long for Embiid to come back in.
- 18:45 - If Wendell wants to live up to the Horford comp, heās needs to get better at moving the ball when his first move doesnāt work. He received a good pass from Parker down low, but didnāt end up with enough space to finish so he lazily pulled it out and through a lazy pass out to Arci. If he acts efficiently he hits Arci for an open three or a potential swing around the perimeter to get LaVine an opportunity.
- 18:47 - Jaylen can take Holiday to the hole. Every. Single. Time. If he wants.
- 18:52 - Itās hard to tell if itās on purpose but a lot of Wendell Carterās blocks end up with fast breaks for the Bulls. Another big one on a Jaylen Brown drive.

- 19:04 - Philly note: Orlando tried to run a little two man game on the left wing but Butler and Embiid completely swallowed it up and forced a shot clock violation. This is exactly what could make them dangerous.
- 19:25 - Bulls game been absolutely horrendous on the offensive end this quarter. With thirty seconds left, theyāve scored 11 points in the quarter.
- 19:27 - They have just been awful passing the ball. Itās not even about playmaking, itās about getting your teammates the ball in a position they can do something with. The Bulls just toss it nonchalantly, so the recipient has to jump through hoops before they can even look to attack/shoot/move the ball.
