This first short film is a pretty neat and well done little video about a girls pet fish. Fish Friend has a very quirky sensibility which was right up my alley and it’s pretty inventive with it’s “action scenes”.
This second short is a proof of concept based on the novel The Boy Who Couldn’t Sleep And Never Had To by D.C. Pierson. The novel was really fun and imaginative and we see that same imagination in this short. Obviously, as a proof of concept it’s not the most well done film but it still has some nice shots, effects and familiar faces, which will hopefully help get the property a feature.
