I started working on this long piece about my struggle with finding a consistent experience across platforms that I really enjoyed using. However, I recently got access to the Ulysses beta and now all is right in the world of text editors.
Byword and iA Writer were the closest experiences I had between all my Apple devices but the organizational tools of Ulysses fit with how I work and having it everywhere now, even an unfinished beta, is exactly what I’ve been waiting for.
It seems like this will be the ultimate solution for all digital text in my life going forward.
